THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 19 day of ~
A.D. 197 2. by WINDMILL VILLAGES OF AMERICA, INC., a Florida corporation
hereinafter called the Grantor, to
GEORGE W. STAAS, SR. and MARY VIRGINIA STAAS, his wife
whose post office address is: c/o Windmill Village By The Sea,
Jensen Beach, Florida 33457
hereinafter called the Grantee; whicn terms Grantor and Grantee shall
include and bind ail parties to this instrument, their successors,
assigns, heirs, executors and legal representatives.
WITNESSETfi: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the

of cvhich is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto Grantee, all that

County, Florida, together with all of the appurtenances to
said Unit.
