THIS INDENTURE, Made this Sth day of February, 1972,
Between HENRY M, JERNIGAN and ETHELYN JERNIGAN, his wife, JOSEPH
N. COGGIN, JR. and YVONNE B. COGGIN, his wife, and OSCAR F, HEIL
and YVONNE HEIL, his wife, of the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, Grantors, and EVANS PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation,
whose post office address is P. 0. Box 1137, Dade City, Florida
33525, of the County of Pasco, State of Florida, Grantee;
WITNESSETH: That said Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations to said Grantors in hand paid by said Grantee, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
and sold to the said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and assigns
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit;

- page 271; Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to
" secure the principal amount of $18,000.00, upon which there
is an unpaid principal balance of $14,400.00 together with

$397.80, which the Grantee herein assumes and agrees to
pay for and as a part of the consideration of this deed.
