THIS WARRANTY OEED, made this 24th day of January , 1972 , by and
between VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., A Florida Corporation, Grantor, of the County
of St. Lucie and State of Florida, party of the First Part, and DONALD C. HAYDEN, ET UX,
AGNES R. HAYDEN t

That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ~
