WHEREAS, Venture Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a ;
Florida corporation, formerly known as Holiday OuC in America at '
St. Lucie, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor," by
Indenture bearing date of March 22, 1968, and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Record Book 172, page 136, as
modified in Official Record Book 189, page 2614, granted and
conveyed to First National Bank and Trust Company of Riviera
Beach, Riviera Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"Mortgagee," and its assigns, the premises therein particularly
described, to secure the payment of the sum of Trwo Hundred Thousand '
($200,000.00) Dollars, with interest as therein mentioned. ;

AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has requested the said ;
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being

NOW, 7HEREFORE, the said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1500.00) Dollars to
it in hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise,
quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation
of said mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and
assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said ~
mortgage, more particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
mortgagor, its successors_and assigns forever, freed, exonerated ;
~ and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
~ thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that mothing herein contained
; shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or
encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of s~id
' mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the ~
