This WARRANTY DEED made and executed the ~`"r dgy of January,
1972 by TOMMY R. ARNOLD, JR. and Wife, DOLORES M. ARNOLD, residing ~
at 5130 Village Path, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, hereinafter
called Grantors, to CARL E. SMITH, residing at 933 Bluffview Dr., ~,J
Wichita; Sedgwick County, Kansas, hereinafter called Grantee, ~
WITNESSETH:- ~
That Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ~
00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other Good and Valuable Consideration to
them in hand paid by the Grantee aforesaid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have Granted, Bargained and sold to Grantee,
his heirs and assigns forever, the following described land situate,
lying and being in the City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie,
and State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 745, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 18, according to
map or plat thereof recorded in Vol. 13, Pg. 17, Plat Re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And Grantors herein fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
soever.
This conveyance, however, is made and accepted sub,ject to all
conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements
of record and validly affecting said property, and to zoning and
such other regulatory ordinances applicable thereto. •
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors hereby sign these presents on the
day and year above written.
