KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~

WHEREAS, HARCAR ALUMINUM PRODUCTS CO., has filed with `
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
a claim of inechanic's lien dated September 24, 1971, and
recorded in O.R. Book 195, page 2721, in the amount of FOUR
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT AND 48/100 DOLLARS ($4,188.48)
against certain real property owned by JACK SCHLEIFER, known
as BOOKER GARDENS, FHA PROJECT NO. 069-44024 LD, situated in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and on which are located certain
improvements constructed under a contract between the owner
and DI-COM CORPORATION, as general contractor, which real prop- a
erty is more specifically described as follows:
Lot 79 and the North one-half of Lot 82, Garden ~
City Farms in Section 5, Township 35 South; Range ~
40 East as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 5, Public
~ Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
! WHEREAS, DI-COM CORPORATION desires to transfer said

; lien from said real property to a deposit pursuant to the

provisions of Section 713.24, Florida Statutes;

~ NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, DI-CC~M
~ CORPORATION has deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court

E of St. Lucie County, Florida, the sum of $5,042.41. The con- ?

~ dition of this deposit is such that if DI-COM CORPORATION shall

well and truly pay any judgment or decree which may be rendered
~ ~
~ for the satisfaction of the aforesaid lien, and costs not to '

exceed One Hundred Dollars, then this deposit shall be returned.
