'Riat 'Ihe Fcderal Land Bank of Columbia, a corporation duly orguuzed and chartued
under an Act of CongReea, with princips~l office and place of businesa in the City of Columbia, St~te
of South Cuolina, and act~ing pursuant to Reaolution of Board of Directore of eaid Bank adopted at
its regular meeting on Novem~er 18,19T1, doea hereby make, conetitute, designate and appoint the
manager of the Federal Land Bank Aseociation of Lakeland ~
~ke ~d , Florida, and hia succeesors in office, its true and lawful agent and '
attorney in fact for it and in its name, place and stead to raake, execute, acknowledge, and deliver ~
releases from real estate mortgages or security deeds owned and held by said Bank; to raake,
exe~ute, acknowledge and deliver subordination and ~everance ag~eements on fixtutes to be
attached to real eatate subeequent to the date of recording of real eatate security instrument to said
Bank; and to do and perform each and evay act and thing requisite, neceasary and proper to he ~
done in the premises, as fully and effectualty, in all respects, as it could do, through its proper
officers, and it does hereby radfy and confirm all acts heretofore done by its said agent and
attomey in fact with referenee to the power and authority herein granted, ae fully and to the same
extent as if pexformed subsequent to the date hereof. The powers conferred by this instrument shall
remain in full force and effect until revoked by revocation entered of record in the recordir.g or
filing office wherein this power of attorney has been recorded, and until said revceation is thus
recorded all acts of said agent and attorne} in fact are hereby ratified and confirmed.
