THIS WIARRANTY DEED, made the /O ~ day of February,
A. D. 1972 by JOHN D. BROWNING and VIRGINIA W. BROWNING, his
wife, hereinafter called the Grantor, to B& S INVESTMENTS,
INC., a Florida corporation, whose post office address
is: Post Office Box 2, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinaf- ~
