satisfy or appiy on the indebtedness hereby secured.
6. The ren~s and profits of the mortgaged pro~rerty are also hereby mortgaged, and if proceedings
to foreclose this mortKage shall be ingtituted, the court having jurisdiction thereof may appoint a receiver of
the mortgaged prc?perty~ and appl~ those rents and profits to ttte indebtedness hereb~• secured, regardless of
the solvency of the 11~ortgagor or the adeQuacy of the security.
