ASSIG~MENT OF MORTGAGE ~
For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assigns to
Westinghouse Credit Corporation whose resident and post office address is 933 Penn
Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
Travel Castles. Inc. , as Mortgagor to Outdaor Resorts of America,
Inc., dated June 1 19 71 , and file~1 f r record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Book ! 9~ , page~, which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to w~t:
Lot No. 371-N , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Fiorida, in Plat Book 16,
page 1: lA through 1J .

together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note. `

Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ;
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
