erly along North line of said E. Gordon Brewer
property a distance of 212.77 feet to the point
of beginninQ, for the followinq described pro-
perty: (1) Thence continue alon4 said North
line of E. Goxdon Brewer property for a distance
of 136.06 feet to a point; (2) Thence southerly
on a line that is 90° from previous line for a
distance of 132 feet to a point; (3) Thence ;
Easterly alonq Northerly right-of-way of unrecorded
Neth~rby A~~enue for a distance of 156.06 feet to
a point; (4) Thence rlorthwesterly at an anale of
• 91° 30' from northeast to northwest for a distance
of 121 feet to a point or place of becrinninq; the
above tract of ground being an irregular tract of
ground located in Government Lot 4 of Section 9,
Township 37 South, Ranae 41 East:
and,
WHEREAS, the legatees and divisees under the Will of Christine
R. McPherson are Simon John McPherson, Martha McPherson Nunn and ~
Joan McPherson Blankinship.
