~ Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
: on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in singie units or cen-
trslly controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
~ other services, and any other thing now or herea~ter therein or thereon, the fumishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
- coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water h~3ters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part ot said real estate whether physi:ally attached thereto or not); and also together with
all easements ard th~ rents, issues and profits of said premises which a~e hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
