a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, the owner and holder ~

of a certain mortgage given by Archie Douglas and Bertha Douglas( his wife)
to J im Wa 1 ter Corporat ion, bear ing date the 15th day of January A. D. 1963 ,
recorded in O.R. Book 58 ~ Page 388 , i n the of f i ce of the C lerk of the
Circuit Court of S t. Lue ie County, State of Florida, securing one certain note
in the principat sum of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy One and 20/100
Dollars, and encumbering property more particularly described therein; hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage, and
surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit
Court to cancel the same of record.
