That I, Robert Bean Arnold, have made, constituted and appointed,

and by these presents to make, constitute and appoint CARY MURR~LL, of the '
City of Fort Pierce, State of Florida, my true and lawful attorney,
for me and in my name, place and stead,~to act and to do and accomplish
