THIS INDENTURE, executed the 15th day of February, 1972,
between HENRIK S. RpBINSON, as Executor of the Estate of INGEBORG
ROBINSON, deceased, Party of the First Part, and HENRIK S.

premises and the other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grants, b3rgains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms to the Parties of the Second Part, and to their heirs and
