ORDERED:
1. That the above entitled cause be, and the same is
hereby, dismissed as to the foZlowing described lands,~being ,

From the intersection of the East line of
a 100 foot right-of-way for F.E.C. Railway
and the South line of the SE ~ of Section
8, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida, run Nvrthwesterly
along said right-of-way 53.38 feet to the
North line of Wilcox Road, thence run East
along said North line 1765.35 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue East
218 feet, thence on a back angle of 69° 30'
as measured from West to North ruri North-
westerly parallel with the F.E.C. Railway ~
213.52 feet, thence run West 216 feet, thence
run Southeasterly parallel with F.E.C. Railway
213.52 feet to point of beginning.
