100 foot right-of-way for F.E.C. Railway and
the South line of the SE ~C of Section 8,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, run Northwesterly along said
right-of-way 53.38 feet to tlie north line of ~
Wilcox Road, thence run East along said North ~
line 2201.35 feet to the point of beqinning;
thence continue East 218 feet, thence on a ~
back angle of 69° 30' as measured from West !
to North run Northwesterly parallel with the
F.E.C. Railway 213.52 feet, thence run West
218 feet, thence run Southeasterly parallel with
F.E.C. Railway 213.52 feet to point of beginning.
2. That the ~,is Pendens filed herein on November 5,
1971, be and the same is hereby discharged, cancelled, dissolved~
annulled and set aside insofar as the same relates to the herein-
above described lands in Paragraph i of this Order.
3. That the Claim of Lien recorded in Official Records

Book 196, Page 2573, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
