PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE j~~~~966
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, we the undersigned owners
of a mortgage and of the indebtedness secured by it made by UNITED
PARTNERS III, INC. to NATHAN PHILLIPS and ELTON MELTZER, as Trustees,
for Thirteen-thousand Five-hundred and no/100 dollars ($13,500.00) on
the lst day of November, 1971, and recorded in OR Book 196 at Page 2498,
of the public records o~ St. Lucie County, Florida, do acknowledge that
Four-thousand Five-hundred and no/100 dollars ($4,500.00) of that
indebtedness has been paid, and for and in consideration of that payment
on account of that indebtedness do release from the lien of the above ~
mentioned mortgage the following described real estate, situate, lying ;

and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 41, Block 4 of CORAL COVE BEACH,
SECTION ONE, according to the Plat
- thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11,
at Pages 30A and 30B of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ :
HOWEVER, it is expressly understood and agreed that this
; release in no way and to no extent whatsoever shall effect the lien of

f the above mortgage as to the remainder of the property described in and
` secured by the mortgage and not released previously from its lien. The ~
