THIS INDENTURE, made this 13th day of January, 1972, betwe~n .T. Max
0'Neill, an individual, hereinafter called the "Grantor" and Ji Giorgio Cor-
poration d/b/a Di Giorgio Fruit Corporation, a Delaware corporation qualifi~d
to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter called the "Grantee."
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in
hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which
is herein acknowledged has granted, bargained and sold to the Graneee, its
heirs, successors and assigns forever, the following described land, to wit:
The West three quarters (W3/4) of the Northwest one Guarter (NW1/4)
of the North~est one quarter (NW1/4) of Section 7, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, except the canal right of way,
subject to restrictians, easements and enc~anbrances of record as of the
date hereof, and containing 26.2 acres more or less.
and the Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to said land, and will defend
the same against all lawful claims of all persons wfiomsoever.
