is the attorney of the lienor herein, DON WILLEMS~ General Con-
tractor, Route 1, Box 606, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that in pur-
suance of a written proposal or contract with the owner of the
~ folZowing described property, N. V. CANNON, JR. and JANE F.
CANNON, Husband and wife, the lienor, DON WILLEMS, General Con-
tractor, furnished labor, services, or materials coneistinq of a
total value of $758.56, of which there remains unpaid $758.56,
and furnished the first of the same on September 22, 1971, and
the last materials furnished were January 25, 1972, and the lien
on the follawing described property is by one in privity with
the owner and the work was performed on the follo~wing property in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
The South 1/2 of Lot 118 and that part of the South €
1/2 of Lot 119 lying Westerly of the Canal of Sheen's ~
Survey of i~hite City, being in Section 5, Tawnship
36, Range 40, less right-of-way for road.
