County, a distance of 794.43 feet to the point `
of beginning of the tract herein described; from
said point of beginning continue east a distance
of 480 feet, more or less, along the north line
of Block 8 of Dixieland Subdivision to the north-
east corner of said Block 8; thence southerly
along the east line of Block 8, a distance of 320
fe~t to the southeast corner of said Block 8;
thence west along the south line of Block 8, a
distance of 305 feet to a point; thence north a
distance of 80 feet along the west line of Lot 14 `
of Block 8; thence west a distance of 176.5 feet ~
along the north line of Lot 1, Block 8, to the 4
west line of said Block 8; thence north along the f
west line of said Block 8, 240 feet to the point
of beginning, and
Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 1 as delineated on an un- ;
recorded plat of Dixieland Subdivision in the SE~ ~

as same appears in the public records of St. Lucie •
County in Deed Book 152, page 403, said land being ~
