WARRANTY DEED
THIS T~IRRANTY DEED , made the 1 day of January ,
1972, by CATHERINE R. CARLISLE and LUTHER O. CARLISLE, a/k/a
L. O. CARLISLE, her husband, individually and as Trustees,
and ROBERT R. CARLISLE, individually and as Trustee, joined
by his wife, MARY W. CARLISLE, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to E. DEAN TURLEY and LYDIA P. TURLEY, his wife, whose post
office address is: 133-A North Fourth Street, Fort Pierce, ~

hereinafter called the Grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the swa of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, here-
by grants, barqains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys
and confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 5, RIVER POINT, accordinq to the plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 14, page 53,
of the public records of~St-. Lucie County,
Florida. ~
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and ap-
purtenances thereto belonginq or in anywise appertaininq.
~ TO HAVE ANB TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.

f AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee
that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
; that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell
s and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
~ the title to said land and will defend the same against the

~ lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land
E is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruinq subsequent
