certain real estate in Leg County, Florida, and elsewhere within
the State of Florida, of an approxim.ate value in excess of
$50,000.00, and other real and personal property which is at this ~

time unknown to your Petitioner. ~
4. That your Petitioner seeks 2etters of administration
by virtue of the fact that all of the heirs at law of the decedent
have consented to the appointment of your Petitioner as Adminis-
trator. Said consent is filed with this Petition.

appointed Administrator of the estate of said decedent.
