LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
~ TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETINGS:
WHEREAS, ALBERT ~9. MAXWEI.L, deceased, late of Lee County,
Florida, died intestate, havinq while he lived and at the time of
his death an estate consisting of various assets located in the
State of Florida; and,
WHEREAS, I, the undersigned County Judqe, appointed

THE LEE COUNTY BANK of Fort Myers, Florida, as administrator of
the estate of said deceased on the day of Auqust, 1971.
NOW THEREFORE, I, R: WALLACE PACK, County Judge in and
for the County aforesaid, desiring that the estate of said decease •
may be well and truly administered accordinq to law, do hereby
grant unto THE LEE COUNTY BANK of Fort Myers, Florida, as
administrator of the estate of said deceased full power to
administer the assets of said estate; to ask, demand, sue for,
recover and receive the same, and to pay the debts of said es~ate
as far as the assets will extend and otherwise administer the
estate according to law, as said administrator has taken oath and
performed all necessary acts required by law and by the orders of
this Court, to qualify THE LEE COLINTY BANK as administrator of
said estate, letters of administration are therefore issued to it
