PETITION FOR AUTHORITY T.7 SELL
COMES NOW THE LEE COUNTY BANK of Fort ~iyers, Florida, by
~ and through its undersigned attorney, and herewith petitions this
Court for leave to sell certain real estate which is an asset in
the estate of ALBERT W. MAX~~TELL, deceased, and alleges: '
1. It is the duly appointed and acting Administrator of
the Estate of ~,LBERT ~9. MAXWELL, deceased.
2. Among the assets of the Estate is certain real
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as
follows: ~
Lots 14 to 21, inclusive, and Lots 26 to 33, ~

` inclusive, ail in Black 1, WAGNER SUBDIVISZON,
a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 9, at
Page 74, Pub2ic Records of St. Lucie County,

, 3. The Petitioner has filed a partial inventory-appraisa
~ in which the property is appraised at 58,000.00.
` 4. There is attached to this Petition a contract for the

sale of the above-described real property for $9,000.00 upon the ?
terms and conditions set forth in said contract.
