the parties of the first part do hereby authorize the said R. E.
SLAY, SR.and MARGUERITE I. SLAY, his wife, to make, execute and
deliver a good and sufficient deed to the property hereinabove
described, in like manner as though the or~ginal contract had been ~
made and executed by the said R. E. Slay, SR. and MARGUERITE I.
SLAY, his wife, with the said parties of the second part, instead
of with WILLIAM K. WRIGHT AND DOROTHY M. WRIGHT~ his wife.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of
the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
