W I T N~ S S a T H: WHERr.A3 the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium as originally recorded submitted Lot 14, Block l, Bayshore Estates, as recorded in Plat Hook 12, gage 40, St. Lucie County Records, to Condominium ownership and whereas, as reflected in the amendment recorded in Official Recorcls Book 198, page 2690 Public ftecords of Brevard County, Florida, the lands originally submitted to Condominium own~rship should have been described as Lot 15, Block l, Bayshore Estates as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 40, St. Lucie County Records, and whereas Article 17.5 of the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium provides for the Amendment thereof for the purpose of submitting additional lands and improvements thereto Condominium ownership. NOW TH~RLF'0~~.:; (1) The aforesaid Declaration of Condominium be and is hereby amended by correcting the description of the lands originally submitted to Condominium ownership from Lot 14, Block 2, 3ayshore astates, as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 40, St. Lucie County Records, to Lot 15, Block 1, Bayshore ~.states as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 40, St. Lucie County Records, on the first page of said Declaration of Condominium.
