Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. ~hat there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Fark Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, 105 page 355 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
