Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared JOHN A. STINSON, who first being duly sworn on oath,
deposes and says:
That he is the owner of that certain property deeded to
him by RAPHAEL J. GRAY, a single man, by Deed dated May 15, 1954
and recorded in Deed Book 193, Page 566, St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records.
That he used the property conveyed to him in that Deed as
his home from 1960 until 1969. During that period of time, he
had the exclusive physical possession of the property and used it
openly and against the claims of all other persons whomscever.
