SCHEDULE ~
Commencing at the point of intersection of the East right
of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company right
of way with the South line of the South 200 feet of the
North 380 feet of that part of Section 4, Township 37 South,
Range 41 East, described by deed filed for record in Deed
Book 149, Page 73, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, thence run Northerly along the East right of way ~
line of Florida East Coast Railway a distance of 101.89 feet;
thence run North 61°30' East a distance of 426 feet; thence
run Southerly parallel to the East right of way line of said
~ Florida East Coast Railway 101.89 feet to a point 426 feet
; East of said right of way line; thence run Westerly 426 feet
; to the point of beginning.

! Together with a perpetual non-exclusive easement for ingress,
~ egress, and access over the North 30 feet of the South 116.89 ~
~ feet of the land described in that certain Deed fram Raphael
J. Gray, a single man, to John A. Stinson and Ann M. Stinson,
his wife, dated hiay 15, 1954 and recorded in Deed Book 193,
; Page 566, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records. Said
easement being bounded on the West by the Easterly line and
; the Northerly extension thereof of the property first above
; described, and on the East by the Westerly right of way of
