SATISFACTION OF LIEN
WHEREASt the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 23rd day of July, 1971, filed a lien
against any property owned by BENNIE CHILDRESS, 1216 Georgia
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, in the amount of $3,919.89 and on
August 24, 1971 an amended lien in the amount of $2,447.99 said
liens being recorded in OR Book 194 at page 586 and OR Book 195
at page 132, respectively, of the.public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said liens have been paid in full in the amount of
$2,447.99 and should be discharged and satisfied of record.
NOW~ THEREFOREI BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Floritia, in meeting assembled
this 8t3~~ aay of February, 1972, that said Board does hereby

; the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said county to cancel the same
