ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the y~ day of February, 1972 , 4
between St. Lucie County Bank, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, as Administrator of the Estate of Bennie Gay Childress, ~
deceased, first party; and David Foden and Delta Foden, his wife, ~
whose mailing address is 1216 Georgia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, ~
second party; y
WHEREAS, Bennie Ga}• Childress died seized and possessed of ~
the following described property, lying, being and situate in ~
St. Lucie County, Florida:

Together with the furniture, furnishings and 4
fixtures now situate on the premises; ~ ;1.10 '
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Bank of Fort Pierce, Florida,
has been appointed the duly qualified administrator of the estate
of Bennie Gay Childress, deceased; and
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Bank did petition the County
Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, that court having
jurisdiction of the estate of Bennie Gay Childress, for authority
to sell the above described property to the second party and for
an order authorizing such sale; and
WHEREAS, the County Judge did, on the 2nd day of
Februarv, 1972 , enter an order authorizing the sale of the
property to the second party;
NOh', THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considera-
j tions, the receipt of which is acknowledged by the first party,
` the first party, as administrator of the estate of Bennie Gay
Childress, deceased, does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto ;
~ the second party, their heirs, personal representatives and
` assigns, forever, the lands described and all their appurtenances.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the second party, their heirs,
~ personal representatives and assignes and every right, title and _
~ interest of which St. Lucie County Bank as administrator is now
} seized andpossessed and of which Bennie Gay Childress died seized
~ and possessed, as fully and completely as the St. Lucie County
Bank, as administrator as aforesaid, could or should convey the
~ property under and pursuant to the orders of the above mentioned :
~ Court and applicable law. ~
