ation the owners and holders of a certain mortgage deed executed ~y
Gary D. Skelton and Olive R. Skelton, his wife
to Harris Construction Corporation, a Florida corporation, bearing date
the 8th day of April A.D. 1967 recorded in O.R. Book l05 at page 2808
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Flor~.da, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $
and certain promises and obligations set fqrth in the aforesaid mortgage,
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct
the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel sam.e of record.
