Corpora~ion is authorized to cause a certified copy
o€ the foregoing resolutions re2atin~ to conveyance
authority and ratification of past conveyances and
other legal instruments to be recorded among the
Public Records of Charlotte, Brevard, St. Lucie, ~
Indian River, Martin, Sarasita, and Broward Counties, ~
Florida.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the foregoing resolution `
amends and supersedes the resolution on the same sub-
ject adopted by the Board of Directors at its meeting
held September 22, 1970.
