with others in perpetuity over an L-shaped parcel of land
measuring ten (10) feet in width, an3 the riparian rights
appurtenant thereto legally described as follows:
From the NW corner of government Lot 2, Section 21, Township
34 South, Range 40 East run South 331.9 feet to the point
of intersection with the South right of way line of Torpey
Road; thence run North 80 deg. 45 min. East along the South
right of way line of Torpey Road a distance of 818.86 feet
to the point of beginning iwhich point is the NW corner of
parcel conveyed to Evangeline Sagy by deed recorded in Deed
Book 133, page 416); thence run South 9 deg. 15 feet East a
distance of 50 feet.t~ a Ford axle; thence North 80 deg. 45
min. East a distance of 52.6 feet to shore of Indian River;
thence Southerly, meandering the shoreline to a point which is
10 feet South of the last mentioned east-west line as measured
at right angles therewith; thence west, parallel with the
last me:~tioned east-west line a distance of 62.6 feet; thence
North 9 deg. 15 feet West to a point in the South right of way
line of Torpey Road; thence Easterly to point of beginning.
