27, less the W 100 feet thereof, and the E 1/4
of Sec. 34, less the W 100 feet and N 400 feet
thereof, and all of Sections 35 and 36, except
N 400 feet thereof, in T. 34 S, R 38 E., all in
St. Lucie County, Florida.

An undivided 1/2 interest in and to all oil,
gas and minerals that may be found in, on or
under the above-described lands as conveyed
by DiGiorgio Corporation to E. R. Brown, et ux,
by Quit Claim Deed da~ed June 14, 1966 and
filed June 20, 1966, in O. R. Book 148, page 430;
and FURTIiER SUBJECT to that certain oil, qas
and mineral Lease executed by the said E. R.
Brown, et ux, to Amoco Production Company dated
July 7, 1971, and filed Auqust 20, 1971 in O. R. ;
Book 194, page 2909.

AND SUBJECT TO:
The obligations of DiGiorgio Fruit Corporation
which run with the above-described lands as de-
fined in that certain agreement between Sybil
Levita Culverhouse, et al, and DiGiorgio Fruit
Corporation, dated August 25, 1959, and filed
~ February 12, 1962, in O. R. Book 29, paqe 531.

~ AND TOGETHER WITH all of Grantors' right, title and in-
~ terest under and by virtue of:

g use or possession of, any public or quasi-public
~ body, governmental agency, or utility company for
