instante shall intlude the Mortgagor's heirs, exetutors, sutcessors, legal representatives, and assig~s, intluding all sul~r
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, or involuntarily by operation of law and 3hall denote the
singular and/o~ plural, and the masculine and/or femi~ine and the natural and/or a~tificial persons, whenever and
wherever the tontext so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and ~OMMUNITY FEOERAL SAVINGS AND IOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporatian existing under the laws of the United States of Ame~ica, hereinafter
catled the Mo~tgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal ~epresenta-
tiv~s, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in aonsideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafie~ described, the Mo~tgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, ~rid in adual possession, situate in the County of
St. Lucie . State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 17, Block 57, RIVER PARK-UNIT #6,
according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 12, page 28, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

IT IS PJIUTUALIY COVENANTED AN~J AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, ai its option, at anynme w~th~n twenty (?0) years from the date hereof and be-
- fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
- further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evide~ced by an add~t~onal nore then
