ma~ collect a"late charge" not to exceed two cents (2C) for each dollar (S1) uf each payment more than fifteen

3. 'fhat if the toial uf the payments made by the mortgagor under (5) of paragraPh 2 preceding shall exceed

premiums, as fhe case may~ be, such excess shal! be credited by the mortgagee on subsequent payments to be
made bt~ the mortgagor. !f, howe~~er, the monthiy payments made by the moctgagor under (b) of paragraph 2 pre-
