That he is acqusinted with FAYS L. WSBER, also knawn as FAYE
WEBER, and he kno~ws personally that FAYE WEBER, one of the grantees
in warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book 169, page 37, of the public
records of St. I.ucie County, Florida, and FAYE L. iiEBER, the qrantor
in warranty Deed recorded in O. R Book 199, pnge 1776, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying the following described
