who, after first beinq duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she is the FAYS WEBER named as grantee with JOSEPH
WEBER, grantee in that certain deed to Lots l, 2, 6, 7, 8& 9,
Block 4 of OCEAN VIBW It'~VISID PLAT, accarding to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 6, paqe 61, Public lbecords of St. Lucie
Oounty, Florida, recorded in Deed Book 169, page 37.
2. That she is the individual who executed a Warranty Deed
on the 9th day of February, 19~2, to ABRAI~M HAYA, conveying -
Lots 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 4 of OCFAN VIEW REYISED PLAT, ~
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, page ~
~ 61, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; ~id deed being
4 filed of record February 11, 1972 in O. R. Book 199, page 1776;
affiant further affirms that she was an unren?arried widow at
~ time of execution of said deed, being the surviving spouse of
