2. If the undersigned shail fail or refuse to accomplish the required repmrs or mmntencmce, #
etc., w:thin 1!-ie prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELQPMENT CORPORATION, its suvicessors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duiy authorized agents may come upon the premises for the pur~e of doing ;
