contained in the Last Will and Testament of the above-named

authorizing and confirming this sale, and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particu-
larly described as €ollows:
Lot 29, Block 5 of PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION as per plat
in Plat Book 5, page 24, public records of St. Lucie
