MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE AGREEMENT
(
THIS AGREEMENT executed and entered into this ~`~~~day
of February, 1972, by and between: `
MIAMI WEST DADE ACRES, INC., a Florida
corporation, INTERSTATE HIGIiWAY INVESTMENT
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation (herein-
after called the "Mortqagors"),
and t
MIAMI NATIONAL BANK, a national bankinq
corporation, (hereinafter called the
"Mortgagee");
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Mortgagors did enter into a certain .
mortgage indenture dated the 13th day of December, 1971, recorded ~
in Official Records Book at Page , under Clerk's File
No. 7~R-252310 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
also recorded in Official Records Book 198, at Page 725, of the

Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; all of which mortgagea

~ j~ encumbered the property described in "EXHIBIT A", attached hereto;
~ ~ _ and

WHEREAS, the Mortgagee presently holds the above refe=enced ,
~ i ~ ~
~ F ~ mortgage indenture upon which there now remains unpaid the principal

~ sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND ($490,000.00) DOLLARS; and

~ WHEREAS, the Mortgagors have requested the MOrtgagee to

increase the indebtedness secured by the mortgage to the sum of
~
~ NINE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND ($990,000.00) DOLLARS; ~

NO'W, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
~ Dollars and other qood and valuable considerations in hand paid,

~ each to the other, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the parties hereto agree as follows:

l. That each of the above recitals is true and correct. ~
