additional indebtedness evidenced by that certain promissory
note of even date herewith, made by the Mortgaqors and made
payable to the Mortqagee, in the additional principal sum of
FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) DOLLARS, toqether with
interest as therein stated, and Mortgagors agr.ee to perform,
comply with, and abide by, each and every stipulation, agreement,
condition and covenant contained and set forth in the above
referenced mortgage indenture and the promissory note secured
thereby. It is the intent of the parties that the said mortgage,

as herein modified, shall and does, from and after the date
hereof, secure two (2) promissory notes in the aggregate remaininq
principal balance of 1~ZNE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND ($990,000.00)

3. That the lien of the mortgaqe modified by this agree- ~
ment shall be valid as to the entire indebtedness from and after ~
the date hereof. ~
