WHEREAS, Venture Out In America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida Corporation,
formerly known as Holiday Out in America at Indian River, Inc., hereinafter referred~
to as the "Mortgagor," by Indent~re bearing date of March 22, 1968, and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Record Book 171, Page 136, as modified in
Official Record Book 189, Page 2614, granted and conveyed to First National Bank and
Trust Company of Riviera Beach, Riviera Beach, Flori~a, hereinafter referred to as
"Mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Two Hundred Thousand (~200,000.00) Dollars, with interest
as therein mentioned.
AND WNEREAS, the said mortgagor has requested the said mortgagee to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien
and operation of said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, the said mortgagee, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS (s10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is ZV
hereby acknowledged, does remise, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien N
and operation of said mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, ~
that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the mortgagor, its ~ ~
successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the
lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that
nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said
mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies
; of the holder thereof.
