KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. lucie County, a
corpo~ation under the laws of the United States of America, the owne~ of a certain mortgage given by James P,
ro~ter and Dorothy L. Foster, his wife dated ~anuary 25, 19 68 , and recorded ~
in the public records of S t. Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book 170 on page
5 , securing the payment of the sum of
