dominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Re-
cords Book 189 at page 1677, et. seq., of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
As provided for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter
711, Florida Statutes 1965, et seq.), said description in this conveyance includes, but is not
limited to, all appurtenances to t e Condominium Parcel described, including the limited
common elements assigned thereto and including the undivided interest in the common eie-
ments of said Condominium.

Mortgagor fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims .
~ of afl persons whomsoever, and agrees:
1. To make atl payments required by ihat note and ihis mortgage promptly when due.

2. To pay all taxes, assessments, liens and encumbrances on that property promptly when due.

li they are not promptly paid the Mortgagee may pay them without waiving the option to foreclose,
and such payments, with interest thereon from the date of payment at ihe same rate as specified in
that note, shalt also be secured by this mortgage.
3. To commit, permittio~:~'d~fer no waste, impairment or deterioration of ihe mortgaged properiy_
4. To ~3ay all~expenses reasonably incurred by the Mortgagee because of failure of the Mortgagar to
comply with the agreements in that note or this mortgage, including reasonabie attorneys' fees and
title searches. The cost thereof, with interest thereon from the day of payment at the same rate as
specified ir. that note, shall also be secured by this mortgage.
5. If any payment provided for in that note is not paid within 30 days after it becomes due, or if
any agreement in this mortgage other than the agreement tc make the payments is breached, the en
tire unpaid principal balance of that notQ shall immediately become due at the option of the Mortga-
gse and Mortgagee may foreclose this mortgage in the manner provided by law, and have the mortgag
ed property sold to satisfy or appiy on the indebtedness hereby secured.
