AGREEMENT
TNIS AGREEriENT, dated this 25th day of February, 1972,
by and between Billy H. Lippard and Sandra K. Lippard, his wife,
hereinafter referred to as the mortgagors,and Security Federal Savings
and Loan association of Indian River County, hereinafter referred to
as the mortgagee,

W I T N E S S E T H; that '
WHEREAS the mortgagors have executed a mortgage in favor of
the mortgagee dated January 31, 1972 and recorded in official record j
book 199, page 1071, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
securing the original principal sum of ~27,500.00 and encumbering the
following described property located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest ~i of the
Nortliwest ~ of the I~ortheast ~ of Section 29, Township 35 ~
South, Range 40 East, run North 89°59'S0" East 124.23 feet;
thence South 1°12'12" East 173.54 feet to a point on the
North right-of-way line of Edwards Road; thence run South -
53°36'30" West along said rig}1t-of-way line 155.13 feet to ~
the point of intersection of Edwards Road right-of-way line
and the Easterly right-of-way line of Five Mile Creek; thence
run North 43°17' West along said Five Mile Creek right-of-
way line 6.14 feet; thence run North 0~16' East 261.05 feet
; to the Point of Beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 16, ;
