This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the
Petition of THE LEE COWTY BANK, Administrator of the Estate of
ALBERT W. MAXWELL, deceased, for authority to sell c~rtain real
property, and the Court being advised that the petition recites
that it is necessary to se21 the property described therein in

order to pay debts, and the Court being otherwise advised, it is
thereupon,
ORDERED, CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court does

~ hereby find that there are debts, that there is not enough cash

on hand to pay same and it is necessary to sell the property
described in this Order in order to pay debts of the Estate, and
it is further,
ORDERED, CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that THE LEE COUNTY
BANK of Fort Myers, Florida, be, and is hereby authorized and
directed to sell the following described real estate, an asset of
the Estate of ALBERT W. MAXWELL, deceased, located in St. Lucie
County an~ more particularly described as follows:
South half of Lot 2 a.~d all of Lot 7, FLORIDA COAST
LINE CANAL & TRANSIT COMPAiVY'S SUBDIVISION in the
Southeast quarter of Section 34, Township 35,
Range 40, St. Lucie County, Florida,
