by ALTO ADAMS to BINNEY PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation,
recorded March 18, 1969 in Official Records book 176 at page 721
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage
encumbers that portion of the above property designated as
TRACT 1; which mortgage grantee assumes and agrees to pay and:
SUBJECT TQ that certain mortgage dated August 11, 1969,
by CARRA ADAMS and ALTO ADAMS, her husband, to CHARLES G. ANNIS,
BEATRICE P. ANNIS, GORDON'C. ANNIS, CHARMION ANNIS, RICHARD C.
ANNIS, SR., and IRMA ANNIS, as joint tenants with right_of
survivorship and not as tenants in common, recorded Auqust 11, 1969 i
in Official Records Book 179 at page 799 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; which said mortgage encumbers that _
portion of the above described property designated as TRACT 2;
which Grantee assumes and agrees to pay. . ~
SUBJECT to that certain mortgage dated February 26, 1971,
by NAT HARRISON ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida corporation, to the ~
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, a national banking association, record-
ed in Official Records Book 191, at page 2857 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful
clai.ms of all persons whomsoever.
